	What is Reiki ?
	Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is an ancient form of hands on energy healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likey to get sick, or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a beautiful, pure form of energy work that treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind and spirit. It is a simple, safe and natural method of healing that everyone can use.

What to expect during a Reiki treatment: During a Reiki session, you will be fully clothed and laying down on a massage table. The practioner will then begin the healing session by laying on hands and channeling this life force energy into the client.

Reiki Classes
We offer Reiki classes for First and Second Degree levels. Reiki students are attuned to the Reiki energy so that they may pass along this healing energy to others.

Distance Healing
Reiki and Zenith Healing can also be sent as a form of distance healing. A client need not be present for an energy session, and can still feel all the benefits of a hands on healing treatment.

Zenith Healing
Zenith Healing is Energy Work that combines the vibration and balancing of the chakra system with the healing energy of color vibration as well. It is an advanced healing energy that balances the human energy field on many levels.

During a Zenith healing session, a client is fully clothed on a massage table. The practioner then channels healing energy through hand movements used throughout the clients energy field. It is unlike reiki in that there is little "hands on" energy during a treatment yet the energy felt is extremely profund and powerful. A client may feel anywhere from a relaxing nap during a treatment all the way to feeling a part of an adventurous dream like journey.
